Who handles your data
The data you send through this website is received by real estate agent Jaqueline Schmitt (CRECI F57901), who handles inquiries about Infinitus Residence & Club, and recorded in Grupo Iguacon’s customer service system (CRM).
What data we collect and why
We collect your name, phone number, email (optional), best time to contact you and message when you fill in the form or use the WhatsApp shortcut. We also record where your visit came from (campaign parameters, such as utm_source and the ad click ID) and basic technical data (IP address and browser) for security and to measure ad results. We use this information only to reply to your request and to send you the price list, the plans and news about Infinitus.
Cookies and measurement
This website uses ad measurement tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) to see how many people visit the page and how many ask for information. When you submit the form, your phone number and email may be sent to these tools in encrypted (hashed) form, only to attribute the contact to the ad. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. It may be shared with the developer of the project only when necessary to reserve and sign the contract for the lot you choose.
Your rights (LGPD)
Under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time, on WhatsApp (45) 98840-9444.
